Getting started is simple.
Click on the ‘Book Now’ button on this page and you will be redirected to our booking page to select a mutually convenient time to meet (either in person in our North Sydney office or online).
Once you book your Initial Consultation, you will be redirected to our New Client Form whereby you will need to complete some personal and financial information so that we can maximise our time together.

Prior to your Initial Consultation we will ask you to complete some personal and financial information via our ‘New Client Form’ so that we can maximise our time together.
It is also recommended that you complete our ‘Excel Financial Summary Template’, which can be uploaded with our New Client Form, or emailed to us prior to your Initial Consultation.
If, following your Initial Consultation we are engaged by you to provide advice, your adviser will also confirm any additional information needed to enable us to complete our advice.
Once engaged, all information can be securely provided to us via our online client document portal.

We provide an Initial Consultation at no cost to you.
If engaged by you, our professional fees for providing advice generally range from $3,300 to $5,500 (including GST). However, additional advice fees may apply depending on the complexity of your personal situation and advice needs.
All professional fees will be confirmed by your adviser following your Initial Consultation and detailed in our Engagement Letter.
In limited circumstances, we may agree to work with you on an hourly rate basis. Our current hourly rate is $660 per hour (including GST), charged in 15-minute intervals.

We provide the ability for clients to benefit from our ongoing advice and portfolio management service referred to as the ‘Apex Portfolio Service’.
The fees for this service will typically be charged as a percentage of your portfolio and generally ranges from 0.55% to 0.75% per annum (including GST) of your total portfolio value, subject to a minimum fee of $375 per month (including GST).
Your adviser will discuss the suitability of the Apex Portfolio Service with you following the presentation of our advice.
