It is important to regularly review your financial structure and investments to ensure our recommendations continue to meet your needs. 

We offer ongoing advice, investment management and reporting called the ‘Apex Portfolio Service’. 

Basic Apex Portfolio Service

As a member of the Basic Apex Portfolio Service, we provide the following services:

  • Ongoing management of your portfolio (including recommending portfolio changes as necessary).
  • Monitoring and review of all portfolio contributions (e.g. employer super payments).
  • Provide you with updated Lonsec Research reports for your investments (as and when ratings change).
  • Co-ordinate the updating of your account details with third-party financial institutions (if applicable).
  • Assist you with the preparation and submission of personal insurance claim forms (if applicable).
  • Co-ordinate the completion of your tax return with your accountant (if applicable).
  • Co-ordinate the arranging of finance with your mortgage broker (if applicable).
  • Provide you with a copy of our e-mail newsletter on a monthly basis.
  • Provide you with a copy of Capstone’s Informed Investor publication on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide you with a detailed Portfolio Report on a quarterly basis.

Standard Apex Portfolio Service

As a member of the Standard Apex Portfolio Service you will receive all of the services noted above, with the additional benefits.
  • ‘Ad-hoc’ financial advice as requested by you from time-to-time without additional charge.
  • Inform you promptly of any legislative changes that may impact you.
  • Invite you to all client seminars and/or client functions.
  • Annual Strategy Review Meeting.
Our Annual Strategy Review Meeting provides an opportunity for us to check whether your strategy is still on track and aligned with your goals and objectives.  It also provides an opportunity to review your financial position compared to forecast.
